✅ Returns

You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

With receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)

Sale or clearance items

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at rayleybryanhyppolite@gmail.com.
🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
