Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically applied.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at rayleybryanhyppolite@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather-related disruptions or carrier delays.
